In a final-state-interaction region an analytical formula of transition amplitude isobtained using a second Born approximation to solve the AGS three-body equation. The breakup amplitude is represented as a product of two scattering amplitudes and acorrection factor. Comparisoras with experimental data are given and good fits are ob-tained.
