Anomalous Viscosity Due to Weak Turbulence in Imploding Target Plasma

The plasma with stress tensor is shown to be unstable for the ion acoustic mode in addition to the electromagnetic mode. These unstable modes are saturated by nonlinear effects, and constitute steady turbulent state. The fluctuations in thus derived turbulence take a role of effective collisions for ion and electron in a plasma, and cause the anomalous viscosity. In the imploding target plasma of ICF, this anomalous mechanism becomes important at electron temperature above 10 keV, and reduces the viscosity to about 10^<-2> times of the classical one at T_e= 100 keV.
