A power plant which generates the output electric power of 0.8GW is proposed here by using LIB fusion reactor. The target of LIB is biased by -1MV in order to concentrate the ion beams on the target surface. Inside of the rotating reactor vessel is filled by the flibe which is used as the coolant and the tritium breeder. The flibe is chemically inactive and is easier for handling than the pure liquid lithium.
