The ALS(Alternating-Layer-Spin) model, which successfully describes the nucleon structure accompanying π^0 condensation, is naturally extended to include the isobar Δ(1236 MeV) component in neutron matter. In this extended model the fermion structure is described in terms of the quasi-baryon operators represented by superposition of neutron and Δ. Main effect of the inclusion of Δ leads to the increase of energy gain caused by the phase transition as a result of enhancement of the effective coupling constant between baryons (N-N, N-Δ and Δ-Δ) are introduced in a unified way with a form of spin-spin interaction. Energy, critical density, localization aspect and n-Δ mixing ratio are studied in the mean field approximation, by paying attention to their dependence on short-range effects. The results are shown to be very sensitive to the strength of short-range correlation which reduces the energy gain.
