Recent experiments of cosmic ray jets are analyzed on the basis of the linked heavy particle model proposed in a previous paper. The model should be regarded as an attempt along the line of thought that the inner heavy boson and/or NN^^- pair clouds of colliding nucleons are mainly responsible for the multiple particle productions in NN collisions at very high energies. From the ICEF data, the total energy of charged secondaries E_<ch>, the multiplicity of charged secondaries n_s and the invariant four momentum transfer squared Δ^2 are obtained, which yield the n_s vs. E_<ch> plot, the Δ vs. E_<ch> plot and the n_s vs. Δ^<-1> plot. It is clarified that the wide fluctuation of the n_s vs. E_<ch> plot can be successfully parametrized by Δ, and that the fluctuation can be reproduced from the formula of the model substituted by the values of the Δ vs. E_<ch> plot. This means that the experiments are consistent with the linked heavy particle model. It is easily seen from the Δ vs. E_<ch> plot that the mean value of Δ is of the order of magnitude of the nucleon mass irrespective of E_<ch>, and that the fluctuation of Δ around its mean value becomes large with increasing E_<ch>. Finally the mean variances of the multiplicity δn_s are plotted against the average multiplicity <n_s>. This plot may inform us about the final states of produced bosons.
