A spontaneous breakdown of chiral-gauge invariance in the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model is investigated on the basis of a gauge formalism proposed previously. It is found that the Goldstone bosoms are necessarily described by a massless dipole-ghost field analogously to the case presented in a preceding paper.
