Momentum-Space Operators in Covariant-Gauge Quantum Electrodynamics : Massless Limit of Neutral-Vector Field Theory

The momentum-space representation in covariant-gauge quantum electrodynamics is developed on the basis of the massless limit of neutral-vector field theory. Several problems inherent in massless-dipole-ghost field theories are elucidated.
