Bone-implant interface was observed using a micro-CT apparatus. Chercheve spiral Ti was implanted in rabbit femur for one month and a 100 μm thick ground section was prepared. Compact bone and spongy bone architecture were clearly observed. In parts bone-Ti implant contact was also observed. However, artificial concentric circles were observed on the micro-CT images. probably due to the divergent difference of X-ray absorption coefficients between bone and Ti with development of future micro-CT apparatus to decrease this artifact in images and to observe more in details using awavelength between 2.497 A^^○ and 3.070 A^^○, micro-CT will be a powerful tool to reveal bone-implant interface.
