The amplification of radio-frequency signal was observed in partially ionized gases, having large Ramsauer effect, in the absence of magnetic field. By adjusting the dc grid current, we observed a strong attenuation, an amplification of the applied rf signal and strong emission with no input signal. This phenomenon occurred when the working frequency was in the range from about 10 to 70Mc/s, which was somewhat smaller than the collision frequency of plasma electrons. It is considered that experimental results are interpreted as a phenomenon of the negative conductivity due to bremsstrahlung in plasmas.
