The anomalous microwave radiation at cyclotron resonance in partially ionized plasmas, which is reported previously, is investigated further. It is shown that its radiation is not stationary in time, but is emitted pulsively at some definite phase of the low frequency oscillation, which is present in the dc discharge plasma. The peak power of its pulsed emission is extremely large and the power obtained is larger by 2×10^4 times than that of the blackbody. Further, such a radiation can be observed at the cathode side plasma, but can not at the anode side. Meanwhile, a large increment in intensity of this radiation or a corresponding intense absorption is not observed, when an external microwave power is fed to that plasma. The absorption coefficient corresponded to the anomalous radiation seems to be positive and its amplitude is very small though this radiation is extremely large. It is our interest to know whether this radiation results from the effect of negative absorption or not. However, it cannot be concluded from the present experiments that whether the absorption coefficient corresponding to this radiation is negative or positive.
