The (iminodiacetato)(L-methioninato or <I>S</I>-methyl-L-cysteinato)cobalt(III) complex was prepared and separated into three geometrical isomers by ion-exchange chromatography. The isomers were characterized from the electronic absorption, <SUP>1</SUP>H NMR and CD spectra.
