A case of extraskeletal Ewing's sarcoma of the lower leg in a male aged 11 years was reported. Histologically, the neoplasm was composed of small, round to oval cells with scant cytoplasm that were arranged in sheets with multiple areas of hemorrhage and necrosis. The cytoplasm contained glycogen granules and reticulin was encircling group of cells. Clinically and radiologically the tumor appears to be of soft tissue origin. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy was performed. This patient is alive without recurrence of the tumor at the time of writing.
