Organizational culture, particularly the successful transmission of culture from HQs to subsidiaries, as the one of indicators of the firm's performance, plays a crucial role in this coordination and implementation of the appropriate strategy of the multinational companies, and, thus, may be regarded as an important strategic resource of the company.
