肝転移を伴った犬の空回腸間膜由来脂肪肉腫の1例(外科学)

症例は,8歳齢の雄のダックスフントで,左腹部腫脹のために紹介された.X線・超音波検査では腹腔内臓器との位置関係は不明だったが,開腹すると空回腸間膜に大きな腫瘤が認められたため広範囲に切除した.通常の病理組織検査とOil Red染色で,多形性脂肪肉腫と診断された.その後肝転移が生じたため,ドキソルビシンおよびカペシタビンによる化学療法をそれぞれ行ったが,肝転移病変の縮小は得られず手術22ヵ月後に死亡した.
