Bei Anwendung des ElektronenstrahlschweiBens fur Schwerbauteile ist die Entwicklung einer ElektronenstrahlschweiBeaschine mit lokalem Vakuum notwendig. Wir haben die ElektronenstrahlschweiBmaschinen jeweils fur Lang- und Rundnaht mit der Mechanik gleitender Abdichtung entwickelt. Die Versuchsergebnisse lassen sich folgendermaBen zusammenfassen: 1) Die Mechanik gleitender Abdichtung erhielt das Vakuum uber 5×10^<-2> Torr aufrecht, und dadurch ermoglichte, fehlerfreie VerschweiBung herzustellen. 2) Die Resultate aus der Rontgen- strahl-, mechanischen und metallurgischen Prufung zeigten, daB die SchweiBverbindungen uber gute Leistungsfahigkeit verfugen, was die Anwendbarkeit des ElektronenstrahlschweiBens mit gleitender Abdichtung und lokalem Vakuum fur Schwebauteile andeutet.
