A 72-year-old female presented with a slowly enlarging left preauricular mass which was diagnosed clinically as pleomorphic adenoma of the left parotid gland. Histopathological examination of the excised tumor disclosed a tuberculoma in an adenolymphoma of the parotid gland. This is the fifth reported case of a tuberculoma in an adenolymphoma of the parotid gland.
