The Hall mobility of a specimen of p-type germanium was measured at 9000 MC using the bimodal or dual-mode cavity which has the resistive initial-unbalance. The value obtained is of the order of 0.3×10^3 cm^2/volt-sec. The difficulty in the accurate determination of the power-level of microwave limits the accuracy of the measured result of Hall mobility.
