Oxine complexes of aluminium and copper were successfully extracted with several organic solvents, benzene, toluene, xylene and chloroform, by which traces of these metals were determined. Aluminium was extracted and determined as much as 4〜40γ at pH 4.6〜9.6 with benzene, and copper was also determinable as much as 2〜30γ at pH 2.8〜12.0 with it.
