Tsurui village is dairy area. And in 1996, that population is 2,759, 921families, the old population is 593, and the structual ratio is 21.5%. The life rhythm is based on the family business. The groups of the symptomatic persons 57.7±49.4% and of the healthy persons 27.6±44.7%. Especially, the men of the symptomatic persons are 77.8±41.6%, and the healthy men are 22.2±41.6%, indicating a great difference between the two groups. About the family past history as inheritant factors the cerebrovascular disease is 57.7% in the group of symptomatic persons, 44.8% in the healthy persons, and hypertensions were accounted for 53.8% of family past history in total symptomatic persons. The importance of health care and guidance is suggested to the healthy persons, for hypertensions and heart diseases in family past history are accounted for 41.4%. Thus, the healthy persons have enough risk factors. The dietary fiber and magnesium don't amount to recommended practial in take level, and the balance with the related nutrient is not good, so the occurance of hypertension, cancer, and cardiovascular disease are feared. As a result of this survey, the important aims of future nutritional guidance are: (1) Understanding and modifing the life style of the survey objects, and improving QOL. (2) The problem of magnesium intake, enhanced its importance as the preventive medicine of cardiovascular disease caused by nutrition, and the necessity of the guidance considering fatty acid balance. (3) In consideration of the environment toward the guidance about choicing and combining food items for preventing chronic degenerative diseases, the necessity of the right use of "the particular health foods". (4) The device about the common salt intake and the guidance about the dietary fiber.
