The development of digital and network has brought a transition from the learning environment on the basis of the existing classroom to the on-line learning environment connected via network. The learning in the on-line environment has been on the increase because it is not restricted by time and space and various learning opportunities are allowed in such environment. In this regard, this paper is to check the efficiency of the learning by utilizing blog in order to enhance mutual interaction in terms of the on-line learning.
