概要

Protein phosphatases are classified into types 1 (PP1) and 2 (PP2A, 2B, and 2C). We have already established a new analysis method for PP2A inhibitors by using the firefly bioluminescence system for detection. This method was successfully applied to determine the PP1_Y inhibitory activity of known inhibitors, i.e., calyculin A, microcystin-LR, and tautomycin, requiring less than 10 pmol of a sample.
