• 同一下垂体腺腫内に2種類の異なる組織型の下垂体腺腫が存在するDouble pituitary adenomaの2例を報告した。症例1は既往歴に多発性内分泌腺腫症1型を有する43才の男性、異所性GHRH産生膵腫瘍切除後一時正常化していた血中GHレベルが再度上昇、MRI上下垂体腺腫の形成、増大を認めた。組織学的にはGH cell adenomaの部分とnull cell adenomaの部分が区別された。症例2は39才男性、頭痛を主訴として当科を受診、頭部MRIで非機能性下垂体腺腫認めた。組織学的にはnull cell adenomaの部分とsilent GH cell adenomaの部分から構成されていた。
