STUDIES ON EXPERIMENTALLY INDUCED HYDROSALPINGES IN RABBITS : EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH FOR TUBO-MICROSURGERY

• 家兎の卵管に結紮をほどこすことによって,損傷を受けた人の卵管でみられるのとよく似た,肉眼的にも,マイクロ的にも,はっきり証明出来る卵管溜水腫を作ることができた.卵管の2カ所を結紮した場合,結紮が確実であれば,100%卵管溜水腫は出来る.SEM所見で結紮後,1週,2週では,たとえ卵管溜水腫は出来ても内膜の線毛細胞には変化はなく,分泌細胞も外形には余り大きな変化はない.卵管溜水腫も出来てから,日数が経るに従つて内膜面の両細胞とも変化し,次第に形を失っていく.15週を過ぎる頃には,線毛細胞は殆どなくなり,大きく充満した不ぞろいの分泌細胞のみとなる.従って初期の卵管水腫は,マイクロ手段による開口術で充分回復すると思われるが,長期間経たものは,回復が期待出来ない為,その部の積極的除去を行い,健常部の端々吻合を行うべきであろうことが示唆された.
