ESTABLISHMENT AND CHARACTERRIZATION OF A NEW HUMAN CELL-LINE(AMOC-2) DERIVED FROM A SEROUS ADENOCARCINOMA OF OVARY

ヒト卵巣漿液性腺癌由来株(AMOC-2 line)を60歳日本人女性の卵巣癌手術材料のヌードマウス移植片より新たに樹立した. 培養細胞は紡錘形ないし多菱形で, 細胞質は少ない. 接触阻止がみられず, 単層に増植し, 敷石状配列をなし, pile-upする傾向は軽度である. 株細胞の増植は比較的迅速で, 倍加時間は17.4時間, 細胞飽和密度は9.17×10^4cells/cm^2, コロニー形成率は36.2%,分裂指数は6.2%であった. 染色体数は2倍体領域に分布しモードは46であった. 核型分析では49個の染色体をもつ細胞では三つのマーカー染色体が観察された. この株細胞は, ヌードマウスへの移植が可能で, 形成された腫瘍は, 形態学的に低分化な漿液性腺癌の像を呈し, これは原腫瘍と類似の所見を示していた. 現在まで12カ月間以上継代培養し, 60代に至っているが, その増殖能は安定している.
