Parallel-Field Study of the Temperature Dependence of the Conduction Electron Spin Resonance in Silver with Many-Body and g Anisotropy Effects

Temperature dependence of the g value, linewidth and peak height of the conduction electron spin resonance in silver has been studied with the static magnetic fieldparallel to the sample surface at the frequency of 22.7 GHz and in temperature 2.0-38 K. The temperature variation of the g value has been consistent with the previousstudy under the perpendicular magnetic field. The linewidth in the parallel field hasbeen slightly broader than the perpendicular linewidth, indicating a temperature-in-dependent surface effect due to extra relaxation at the sample edge.[CESR, temperature dependence, many-body interactions, g anisotropy, parallel ll field, surface effectsl
