The temperature dependences of the upper critical fields, H..j7,., and thelower critical field, H.., have been measured on the single crystal of the layerstructure TaS. intercalated with pyridine. Some basic parameters concernedwith the superconducting properties have been determined using the anisotropicGinzburg-Landau theory. The value of the specific heat jump at T. calculatedfrom the experimental data shows a fairly good agreement to the previous resultsof the specific heat measurements. This fact seems to indicate the applicabilityof the anisotropic G-L theory to TaS.(Py)z 7..
