In tlais paper we sttrdy the efl'ects of' the strouag cotrpling sujcercondtrctivity on the noruaaalstate electronic strtucttrre. XX7e point otut tluatt the psettdogatj.c jchenounenat in High-]. ctujcr?ttesare natttrrstlly explained as a prectursor of tlte strong cotrpling strpercondtrctivity. We expand thereciprocal of' the T-tnattrix with respect to the taaotraetattrzaa arnd the f'reqtrency, and xve disctrssthe properties of' the exjc;tnsion jcarataaeters. XX7e estiuauate tluese joar?tutaeters and C2LII}7 otnt tirecalctrlations f'or the single particle self'-ener'gy' trsing tlae T-rtn?rtr'ix and the self'-consistent Tmatrix atpproxitaaations, respectively. XN'e shoxv t]a?'tt the strpercottductino fltmcttrsrtions, w'hich 2116strongly difl'trsive witltin the conventiorr?tl XVC'21l{ cotrpling theor'5', 1)(l)C01116 propatgartive and havethe character of the pre-f'orttaed P21lIS in the strong cotrpling curse. The spectral xx'eight atad thedensity of' states slaow the g;rp-like f'eatttrres by tlte ef['ects of' tire resoua?rnces with tlae thernaallyexcited weakly-danaped jcre-f'or'raaed pairs. Tlae spectral weiglat att the Feruaai energy is stronglysuppressed. This strppressiota statrts ?tt the rtaean field critical tetaaper?ttture Ty?p atnd the ?tcttra1critical teuaapersttttre T. is strongly redtrced owing to the fltrcttrattiotas. These f'e;tttrres pr'operlyexplain to the psetrdogajc phenoraaenat irn Higla-V'. ctupr?rtes.
