Properties of New Saturated Ferromagnetism in the 1D Flat-Band Hubbard Model as the Spiral State

We investigate magnetic properties in the ground state of the one-diuauensional flat-band Hub-bard znodel in high electron filling, Until now, we fotrnd the rtexv sattrrated f'errortattgnetistn f'orodd nunabers of holes, and its properties xvere investigated in det?til, However, it was reraaained asa probleuaa how we ttnderstand tlae cornplete alternation of magnetism between saturated ferro-rnagnetisuta and singlet for odd and even ntrtaabers of troies, respectively. This alternation causes adiffictrlty when we consider the tlaerrnodynarnic littait. In order to solve this diffictrlty, we investigate, at first, the change of the rnagnetization for systetns with various bottndary conditions, andwe find that even for the even nuraabers of holes, the grottnd states are saturated ferromagneticttnder the antiperiodic botrndary condition. Furtherraaore, we explicitly investigate tlae spin-spincorrelation ftrnctions (87 85 ) to see the spin ordering. These calctrlations show's that all groundstates in this filling region are the spiral state trnder a suitable boundary condition, and that thesinglet states in these ground states, therefore, have a ferromagnetic order within, approxitmately,a half of the systena size, although the total spin is still zero. Frorn these results, we concltrdethat the properties in this region are by no naeans ill, and all grotrnd states are essentially f'erronaaagnetic in the sense that the spins in the singlet states trre also ordered f'erroznagnetically ifwe take in the half of the systeraa size.
