It is shown that In 7'term of the conductivity due to electron-electron interac-tion, discussed by Altshuler et at. and by Fukuyama, is partly suppressed byZeeman splitting of the electronic levels. Magnetoconductance of the form In Happears when the Zeeman energy is much larger than xT. The magnitude of thisterm is independent of the direction of the magnetic field and its prefactor ise"/2x"1 when the screening length is much smaller than the Fermi wave length.
