Electric conductivity of ferroelectric Pb,Ge.0.. single crystal was measurednear the Curie point, 0,=177'C. An a.c. method was adopted at very low fre-quency range of several Hz. At the low frequency limit the conductivity representsapproximately the bulk d.c. conductivity. Near and above the Curie point, thecrystal is semiconductive, a?10 '0 'm ". Activation energies estimatedfrom the conductivity data taken at 1.8 Hz, along c-axis and a-axis, respectively,are ,4U.=1.6. eV, ,4U.=1.4. eV in the ferroelectric phase, and AU.=1.4? eV,J U.= l.2g eV in the paraelectric phase, respectively.
