We investigate the non-Fertaui-liqtuid (INFL) behavior of the impturity Anderson model (IAIVI)with non-Krarners doublet ground state of the f' configtrration under the tetragonttl crystallineelectric field (CEF). The low energy spectrttraa is explained by [1 cornbination of the NFL and thelocal-Fertni-liquid parts which are independent with each other. The NFL part of the spectrumhas the same fornx to that of two-channel-Kondo unodel (TCKIVI). We have a paratttaeter range thatthe IAIVI slaows the - In T divergence of the unagnetic susceptibility together with the positivenxa:neto resistance. We roint ovtt a r>ossibilitv that the anornalovxs rrorerties of'U..Th 1 x RL12 Sixincluding the decreasing resistivity with decreasing tetnperature can ice explained by the NFLscenario of the TCKIVI type. We also investigate an effect of the lowering of the crystal syrnrnetry.It breaks the NFL behavior at around the tennperature, 75 /10, where 6 is the orthorhotnloic CEFsplitting. The NFL behavior is still expected above the ternperattrre, (5/10.
