Analysis of the Angular Distribution and the Intensity of Parametric X-Ray Radiation in a Bragg Case

The atagular distribtrtions of' PXR f'rotn 250 ptn and 3 turn thick silicon single crystals wereuneastrred in a Bragg geoztaetry and the nttnaerical calctrlation for thetaa xvere also carried out. Inthe calctrlation a Gatrssian distribution NV2lS trsed for the angtrl?rr divergence of' tlae beam, whichis due to tlte mtrltiple scattering of' electrons in the naaateri?r1. The intensity ratios of the higherorder reflections to the ftrnd?rtnental one strggest that the absorption of X-rays in tlae crystalis snaall. The obtained angtrlar distri1.ctrtions are also explained by incltrding the effect of' theanounalotrs transraaission to the kineuaaatical theory practically.
