Dielectric properties of deuterated dicalcium clouble propionates, Ca.Pb-(C,D,COO). (DDLP) and Ca.Pb(C.D,COO). (DDBP), have been studied. The l-II(the Curie temperature) and II-III transition temperattures of annealed DDLP crystalare 313.1 K and 172 K, respectively. Tlaey are 14 -20 K depressed by deuteration. Theisotope effect on DI,P is much conspicuous ina comparison with that ofCa.Sr(C.H,COO). (DSP). The tenaperature dependence of spontaneous polarizationin DDLP is measured a:ad compared with that of Ca.I'b(C.H,COO). (DLP). The I-II and II-III transition temperatures of DDBP are 2-75 K and 204.5 K, respectively.The deuteration causes an increase of about 8 K in t]'?e I-II transition temperature,but does not change virtually the II-III one.[Ca.Pb(C.D,COO)., Ca.Ba(C.D,COO)., ferroc:lectric, phase transition, l[ isotope effect, dielec1.ricl
