The composition (x)-temperature (T) phase diagram of N(CH_3)_4Mn_<1-x>Cu_xCl_3 solid solution has been studied through dielectric measurements. The I-II transition temperature (126 K for x=0) increases with increasing x. An intermediate phase (phase III) appears at about x=0.03, and its range expands as x increases further. The obtained x-T phase diagram closely resembles the pressure (p)-temperature (T) phase diagram of pure N(CH_3)_4MnCl_3 reported previously.
