A comprehensive parameterization of parity-violating n-"'La scattering processesis given in terms of the minimum set of physical quantities, the eigenphase shifts for ,s'-wave and resonant 7t-wave neutrons and the parity-mixing parameter, based on the S-matrix theory. This method can be applied to other nuclear cases which exhibit parityviolation.
