The pseudo-binary compounds Gd(Fe. .Mn.). have been investigated. The crystalstructures are C-15 for x<0.2 and ,X'>0.9, X-structure for 0.4<.X'<0.7 and mixture(C-15 and X-structure) for .X'=0.3 and 0.8, respectively. The measurements of X-raydiffraction, magnetic measurement, NMR and M6ssbauer effect were carried out forGd(Fe. .Mn.).. In order to cornpare X-structure with Th.Mn..-structure the pseudo-binary compounds Gd.(Fe. ,Mn,).. have been prepared and also investigated. If X-structure is assumed to be Th.Mn.,-structure, by the structure change from C-15 toX-structure the 48% of Gd atoms are educed in X-structure.
