The properties of the magnetic moments of Mn atoms in ferromagnetic fccCo-Mn alloys were investigated by means of neutron magnetic diffuse scatteringand by the measurement of the anisotropy of the electrical resistivity under themagnetic field. By comparing the cross-sections between polarized and unpolarizedneutrons, it has been suggested that there are two kinds of Mn atoms ; the onewith parallel and the other with antiparallel moment to the bulk magnetization.The concentration dependence of the number of Mu atoms with parallel momenthas been estimated by the resistance experiment, based on the two current model.These facts can be explained by a spin reversal model with some improvements.
