Energies and relative intensities of 22 gamma rays following the decay of "'Euwere measured by using 40 cm' and 1 cm' Ge(Li) detectors. Energies of twostrong gamma transitions between three low-lying states were precisely determinedto be 333.943i0.008 keV and 406.51080.0]0keV. The 637.97.1-0.13 keV gammatransition from the first excited state to the ground state of "'Gd was found andthe log fi value for the first excited state of "'Gd was determined to be 9.2.Gamma-gamma coincidence and angular correlation measurements were per-formed by using Ge(Li) and Nal(Tl) detectors. Spin-parity assignments for the[786 keV and 1964 keV levels were obtained to be 0" and 1 - from these measure-ments, respectively. RADIOACTIVITY "'Eu; measured E, I, 77-coin, 77(&); "'Sm deduced log fi, J, n, l>. "'Gd deduced levels, log fi
