• The level scheme of the transition nucleus "'Sm. was studied. Energies andrelative intensities of 127 gamnta rays following the decay of " ' Pm were rn.easuredwith 40 cm.' and 1 cm' Go(Li) detectors. Main ggamma-ray energies of less than450 keV were precisely determined. Gamma-gamma coincidence measurementsand angular correlation measurements were performed. Thcc EX/Ml mixing ratioof the 139.3-keV gamtna ray was determined to be (5= -0.16!3z39. From thesemeasurements and the Coulornb excitation results tx.vo fl(E2) values were obtainedto be 0.12!3z.;9 and 0.0792l3z;)3. e"b" for the gamma transitions frotn the 209.0-keV (7/2 )level to the 4.8-Icc:V (3/2 )level, and from the 209.0-keV level to the69.7-keV (5/2-) level, respectively.
