The spin-isospin vibration mode of the A=12 system is studied in the radiative pion capture by adopting the continuum shell model. The calculated spectra with strong excitation of the 1^- state at 22.5 MeV and the 2^- states at 18.9 MeV and 21.3 MeV, are in good agreement with the recent experiment. These 2^- states are interpreted as the spin-isospin vibration mode, while the 1^- at 22.5 MeV provides both the spin-isospin and isospin modes.
