Arguments are presented for a conjecture that the ground state of a Kondo lattice with single conduction electron is an incomplete ferromagnetic state for any J<0. This statement is rigorous in the limits of infinite and zero exchange coupling. Charge and spin excitations from the ground state are discussed. Numerical study of the spin excitations confirms the local stability of the ground state at finite J.
