Analyzing the nucleon structure functions and cross sections for neutrino-nucleon inclusive reactions with both the QCD and weak-boson propagator effects taken into account, it is concluded that existing neutrino data do not exclude a charged weak-boson with mass as low as 〜30 GeV.
