A phenomenological analysis is given of the electromagnetic and weak interactions of hadrons under the assumption that the relevant currents contain terms which transform as SU(3) decuplets as well as those as SU(3) octets. The rates and branching ratios for the various electromagnetic, weak and weak γ decays are estimated The magnetic moment of Σ^+ is predicted to be 1.69 e/2m_p and the branching ratio for the C-violating decay η→π^0e^+e^- is found to be ~1×10^<-3>. It is emphasized that the possible C and T invariance violation can naturally be introduced by considering decuplet currents.
