• We calculate mass difference of baryon isomultiplets containing charm or bottom quarks on the basis of the semirelativistic quark model. In particular, the mass difference Σ^<++>_c -Σ^0_c is predicted to be 1.08 MeV. Ξ^<++>_<cc>- Ξ^+_<cc> and Ξ^<*++>_<cc> -Ξ^<*+>_<cc> also are predicted to be positive.
