Nonleptonic decays of charmed baryons are discussed in the SU(8)⊗SU(3)_<color> quark model. The ΔI=1/2 rule of hyperon decays is explained by 15 and 20" dominance and charmed baryon decays occur through 20" dominantly. Also X particles of cosmic ray events are identified with charmed baryons or charmed mesons, respectively, according to their lifetimes, and the charmed baryons are assigned to A_1^+(cnp) and A_2^0(cnλ), 3^* of C=1, 1/2^+ baryons.
