The effective chiral Lagrangian which is the extension of Bars, Halpern and Yoshimura model to [SU(4)×SU(4)]×[SU(2)×U(1)] is constructed, and some physical constants are predicted; F_D and F_F are 1.12F_π and 1.34F_π respectively, and m_D_A =2.28 GeV, m_F_A =2.45 GeV. The form factors of D→K(K^*,K_A)eν decays are calculated in tree diagrams and final electron energy spectra are satisfactorily fitted to the e^+e^-→e^±X data at DESY.
