We calculate 1-8-27 mixing angles, using observed masses and predicted ones from the 405 mass formula. 8-27 mixings are shown to be very large. J^p=2^+ singlet and octet decay partial widths are estimated in the SU(3) reducible 36-multiplet model. 36-plet estimations seem agree well with experiment rather than nonet estimates. However, very large 8-27 mixings are not desirable, and give rather small partial widths for some decay modes. From a regularity between the squared masses, of the mesons, possible J^p=1^+ octet is proposed. Decay modes of this 1^+ octet are discussed.
