We investigate weak gamma decays of hyperons. The gamma rays can have directional asymmetry and polarization. They depend on the asymmetry parameter α. Assuming RP invariance, SU(3) and the pole approximation, we discuss two models; (i) the process. Hyperon→Baryon + ρ^0 (or ω^0) is followed by ρ^0→γ(or ω^0→γ); (ii) the decay amplitude must transform like A_<1^1>-1/2 A_<2^2>-1/2 A_<3^3>. Under one additional condition, the model (i) is reduced to the model (ii). In the model (ii), the decay rate w (Σ^+→p+γ) has the largest value among many possible weak gamma decays of hyperons.
