Introducing the 56 and 56^* baryon multiplets of SU(6), we can make nonleptonic weak interactions RP invariant. Then the relations among nonleptonic hyperon decay amplitudes are analogous to those in SU(3), and consistent with experiment. We apply these interactions to the weak vertices for the pseudoscalar meson and vector meson exchange terms of the weak interaction Λ+N→N+N, which is important in the nonmesonic decay of hypernuclei. We can explain the dominance of the transition ^<3>S_1→^<3>P_1 in our model. We point out that strong vertices cannot be RP invariant, even if we introduce 56 and 56^* baryons. This may mean that the 10^* baryon, which is introduced to make nonleptonic interactions RP invariant, has no strong interaction with our 35 meson, but has nonleptonic weak interactions. (Also 10^* may have electromagnetic interactions.) Possible decay modes of 10^* are given.
