Magnetic fields, as well as a rotation, play an essential role in a number of astrophysical situation. We present the formalism for treating dynamically the general relativistic phenomena with magnetic fields, E.g., the gravitational collapse of a magnetized star, when assuming an axial symmetry and magnetohydrodynamics approximation. Next, we give the method of setting up initial values and show some numerical examples.
